About "ATARAXIA"
While the last ball was themed "Trust the Process," the new ball continues this journey. It is once again a daily, physical reminder for everyday life.
In a world that seems very wild and chaotic to many, the artist Steffen Mumm is currently particularly focused on one theme: maintaining inner peace and continuing to trust the process.
"ATARAXIA" is a philosophical term that stands for complete peace of mind and emotional balance. It describes an ideal state of imperturbability. Just like absolute perfection, we may never permanently and flawlessly achieve this state in life. But that's not the point. It's about the journey there and the endeavor to reach it.
This ball is meant to remind you of exactly that: to always stay true to yourself, take a deep breath, and maintain your own focus, no matter what is happening around you externally.
